The man, who made the gritty Sehar with Arshad Warsi, is back with his next film. Kabeer Kaushik’s Chamku is a Deol home production with younger brother Bobby playing the lead opposite Priyanka Chopra. The film depicts the journey of a Naxalite from the interiors of Bihar to Mumbai. The film also stars Irrfan Khan, Danny Denzongpa, Riteish Deshmukh, Arya Babbar and Rajpal Yadav. The music is by Monty Saawariya Sharma.
T-Series held the music release of Chamku on July 29 at a suburban 5-star hotel. It was the night of the Deols as papa Dharmendra, Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol stood hand in hand after they launched the music album of their new action film Chamku. A ravishing Priyanka Chopra, looked stunning in a light yellow, stole the thunder at the event while Rosa Catalano upped the glamour quotient at the event. T-Series baron Bhushan Kumar and Divya Khosla Kumar were spotted chatting up with music maker Monty Sharma, Arya Babbar and Sameer.

Synopsis :
Produced by Vijayta Films Pvt. Ltd, Chamku depicts the journey of a boy Chandrama Singh alias Chamku whose family had been brutally murdered and was brought up and trained by Naxalites in Southern interiors of Bihar. He was later picked up under a covert Governmental Program jointly conceived by RAW & IB. Chamku was trained to kill. Best in the business, operations, encounters and political assassinations, he soon became the blue-eyed boy. He was given the toughest jobs which he tackled with ease. His life changes when love enters his life and makes him realize how beautiful life is… But his past comes and stands on his face.
